Original drama-music-dance production based on the life story of Alfred Radok and the cantata "Opening the Wells". Swedish exile. Two aging couples. Czech director Radok, famous for the "invention" of Laterna magika, who was first expelled from the theatre then exiled from the country. And Marie, his wife, assistant and muse. Will Radok fly to direct in Vienna even though it means flying over the painfully beloved Czechoslovakia? He knows the Pilgrim's longing for his native region from his former stage production of "Opening the Wells". The clogged well of the relationship with the homeland opens and the sources of memories in the poetic dialogue of the Radok couple flow into a captivating current which eventually results in a fateful decision.
